2025 Ford Bronco Sport

The 2025 Bronco Sport lineup includes five trims. The Big Bend trim comes with 17-inch Carbonized Gray-painted aluminum wheels, a matching grille, and optional fender tie downs. The Free Wheeling variant offers a unique aesthetic with its striped exterior, 17-inch Ebony wheels with Race Red-painted accents, and silver grille featuring two-tone lettering. Heritage models pay homage to the classic Bronco design with retro-inspired elements, including 17-inch Oxford White-painted aluminum wheels and "Heritage" badging. The Outer Banks trim features 18-inch machined-face aluminum Ebony Black-painted wheels, a Shadow Black roof, and LED signature lighting. The Badlands stands out with metal bash plates, 17-inch Carbonized Gray-painted aluminum wheels, and all-terrain tires. Adding the Sasquatch package to the Badlands trim adds steel underbody shields, brush guards, and high-clearance fender flares.

There are two engine options. Most trim levels, including Big Bend, Heritage, Free Wheeling, and Outer Banks, use a 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder with 180 horsepower. A more powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that delivers 250 horsepower powers Badlands variants. Both engines pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission for smooth shifting.

Every Bronco Sport delivers true off-road ability with standard four-wheel drive. The Badlands uses an advanced 4WD system with a twin-clutch rear differential for optimal power distribution. It offers seven G.O.A.T. modes (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) for tackling mud, sand, rocks, or other tough surfaces. The Badlands has a 30.4-degree approach angle, a 33.1-degree departure angle, and a fording capacity of up to 23.6 inches deep. The Sasquatch package adds HOSS 3.0 Suspension and Bilstein position-sensitive dampers for better rough terrain handling. Ford's Trail Control with One-Pedal Drive system (on Badlands and Outer Banks with Sasquatch) works like off-road cruise control, handling throttle and braking while the driver steers through difficult sections. The 2025 Bronco sport has a maximum towing capacity of 2,700 pounds.

The Bronco Sport's upgraded interior features a 13.2-inch touchscreen with SYNC 4 system that's more responsive than in earlier models. A 12.3-inch digital instrument display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and a wireless charging pad are standard. There's plenty of cargo space, with up to 65.2 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. Other premium options include leather-trimmed seats, a 10-speaker sound system, and power driver and passenger seats.

Ford prioritizes safety in the 2025 Bronco Sport with a comprehensive suite of features designed to protect its passengers. All models include the Co-Pilot360 Assist+ package, which includes adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring with cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, and forward collision warning with automated emergency braking. For extra security, the optional Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 adds a 360-degree camera system for complete vehicle surroundings visibility and reverse brake assist that automatically stops if obstacles are detected while backing up.
